Brett and Jackie, who live in Hillingdon West London, fell in love with a 1930’s park-keeper’s lodge. They knew it needed work but as the scale of the project sank in, potential solutions multiplied.  Natural light is compromised because of the property’s quirky layout and the couple can’t decide how best to turn their hidden gem into a home for life. Sarah Beeny sets up monitoring cameras, gets to the nub of the problem and generates a clean and simple new ground floor layout. But will Brett and Jackie run with it?
